The Explorer series is one of the earliest to flower in the spring and will continue to flower even under the short days of fall. The flower size is approximately 2 to 3 inches (5-7.5 cm) in diameter. The flower petals have a shinny waxy texture which repels water. Explorers have tremendous flower power and recover very quickly after a rain or storm. The plants have a spreading habit and can easily cover 3 feet (80-100cm) in diameter. Pellet seed sales only.
